I got to wear my Chaco's today!!!!!
It was 70 degrees today in Johnson City, TN. I wore a t-shirt, jeans, and chaco' s and felt so liberated it wasn't even funny. Now I am prepared for it to be 20 degrees and miserable in a few days. I haven't checked the weather I am just assuming because thats how the weather usually goes here in Johnson City. : )

You're wearing a sweater that stretches down to your feet. What color belt do you put on?
You put on one that holds up your pants. I think that is the purpose of a belt anyways. Im not sure though??
well, back in the 80's we used to wear sweater dresses (they are horrid) and wear the belt over the sweater so that we could have a waist too...it is a rather terrifying period of time in my memoriy and i pray that THAT particular fashion never comes back!!!
I don't know if you know my stance on Chacos, so I'll tell you: I don't believe in them. I refuse to own a pair, as such I have no Chaco circle picture in my photo collection.
John...what did chacos ever do to you?...I don't own a pair either, but that is because I have been spoiled with clogs and flops so I never have to bend down to put my shoes on. :)

my foot is the one with the pretty red toenails-i got a pedicure as a graduation gift and i left for africa the day after graduation. (that pic was taken in Kenya) nope i didn't intend on that lisa so i will have to get tim to fix it for me. I love my chaco's and i appologise to anyone that may offend. i probably wore them everyday from the day i got them til my feet started getting cold. some people probably refuse to own them because they are the "fad outdoorsman wear" (kinda like monkey woman/man mountain hardware jackets- which i too own) and the true outdoors man would have the gear that no one has heard of yet or isnt popular yet... they would want to be a real revolutionary when it comes to outdoors sports wear... which seems kinda of odd for an outdoors man to want to be revolutionary. I could probably blog on this...I don't know though I am probably just a poser. : )

Oh- I'm not offended by any means-and Chaco's have a great product-comfy, durable, quality and functional-I just refuse to bow out of my prideful stance. I once said I would never own a pair, and I won't. I'm not down with Teva either, no reason except I think their goofy looking. Of course, I do own a pair of crocs despite their goofy looks. I have alot of opinions as far as outdoor gear goes, ask me about anything
Well, as you know I am an outdoorsman and a trendsetter (see previous posts about my trendsettingness)...anyway, I'm going barefoot all this year - that's the new thing...trust me...you heard it here first...
